Like the human body after 57 years of faithful service, our facilities now show signs of ageing, and need to be rejuvenated. The Library needs to grow, as all its walls have been filled with shelves, with no more space to put our books, magazines and journals…
With you help through this fundraising concert, we hope to double the size of our library, to accommodate more books and researchers. The whole right wing of the basement is envisioned to house Filipiniana publications on Theology, Philosophy, Canon Law, History, Arts and Culture, Sociology, etc., needed for serious studies on the Church in the Philippines. This way any researcher in Europe could come to the Collegio to do research.
Martin himself invites us to come and join us in this endeavor, as we have lots of fun on November 18!
