Letter of Suitability

If you need a Letter of Suitability from the Rector, download this sample document, put the relevant information, and:

• Rename the file, putting the date (YYMMDD format) and your family name at the beginning of the file name (for example, for Dec. 9, 2019, use this format: “191209_delacruz_visa_us.doc”)
• Email the Rector a copy of the file, for his files. (Please email, and do not give him a photocopy or printout, as the Rector’s Office is going paperless.)
• Finally, put a printed copy by the Rector’s Office door (not at his bedroom) for him to sign, after which he will put it in your pigeonhole.
