PEC – Posta Elettronica Certificata

  1. Access PCF’s PEC (postecert).
  2. Download the EML file.
  3. Using a normal email program (not the PEC, but Gmail, Outlook, etc.), attach and email the EML file to your or another’s normal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
  4. The receiver’s normal email program (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) should be able to open the EML.
  5. Download the opened EML document as pdf.
