2025.07.07 Cardinal ADVINCULA – new ECPCF Chair

The Pontificio Collegio Filipino (PCF) extends its gratitude to the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) for electing His Eminence Jose F. Card. ADVINCULA, Archbishop of Manila, as the new Chair of the CBCP Episcopal Commission on the PCF, effective December 1, 2025.

The PCF also expresses its sincere thanks to the outgoing CBCP-ECPCF Chair, His Excellency Most Rev. Ruperto C. Santos, Bishop of Antipolo, for his dedicated service.

The PCF serves as the home in Rome for priests pursuing ongoing formation, which includes advanced studies. After completing at least two years of Licentiate and/or Doctoral programs, these priests return to their dioceses to serve in seminaries and other specialized ministries, contributing to the growth of the Church, particularly through the clergy.
