Collegio residents will be invited to accompany their Bishops during the Masses at the Major Basilicas

Choirs from Communities will be invited to sing during Masses in the Major Basilicas (except at St. Peter’s)

First Batch Bishops arrive May 17 Friday, and ask for May 18 Saturday pilgrimage to Padre Pio: Fr. Edgar asks for final schedule; Mass could be at 8:30 a.m.; vestments and simple breakfast will be prepared; buses insist departure at 1:00 p.m.; PCF Sisters could prepare biscuits and drinks. Ask Luzon Priests who could accompany the Bishops.

First Batch Bishops ask for Mass at Sentro Filippino 12 noon May 19. Fr. Gente says they will prepare lunch afterwards, with the OFW’s. Check ride with Opera della Chiesa. Fr. Jocs can join them.

Provide evenings together for Bishops: movies, lounge, presentation by Pinoy Youth on Friday, etc.

Visit tomb of Bishop Barlin after Saturday Mass at St. Mary Majors.

Welcome note for Bishops’ rooms, with snacks.

Bag (Cattolica) with kit.
