Dates of Stay

Suggested  dates of stay per group:

1st Group (May 20 Monday to 26 Sunday): Luzon minus Ecclesiastical Provinces of Lipa and Caceres

  • Check in at PCF: May 19 Sunday, or any number of days earlier
  • Check out: May 26 Sunday, the latest

2nd Group (May 27 Monday  to June 2 Sunday): Visayas and Ecclesiastical Province of Caceres

  • Check in at PCF: May 26 Sunday, the earliest
  • Check out: June 2 Sunday, the latest

3rd Group (June 3 Monday to 9 Sunday): Mindanao and Ecclesiastical Province of Lipa

  • Check in at PCF: June 2 Sunday, the earliest
  • Check out: June 9 Sunday, or any number of days later

Bishops are assured of individual rooms during the period of their group’s Ad Limina visit. Outside their group schedule, they could be accommodated subject to room availability.

Since the PCF will not be full outside the Ad Limina Visit dates, Bishops and their priest secretaries may stay with us for as long as they wish before May 20 and after June 9.
